Description

The building is a coachhouse or coachman's cottage located to the east of Dilston New Town Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with cut dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. The gabled south elevation displays boarded double doors set under a segmental arch, with a 6-pane casement window positioned above and a stepped stone stack. The right return of the building includes a 16-pane sash window.
