Description

The garden wall south of Halton Castle is a Grade II listed structure dating from the medieval period. It is constructed of random rubble and stands approximately 8 feet high and 3 to 4 feet thick. The wall is attached to the south front of the tower and may represent part of the barmkin from the medieval manor house.
