Description
Church View is a house dating from around 1800, with a slightly later rear outshut. It is constructed of rough-rendered brick and features a renewed clay pantile roof, which has stone gable copings and a block kneeler on the left side. The house has rendered brick end stacks and stands two storeys tall with two windows. The central entrance has a renewed door and overlight set in a moulded wood surround, topped by a mid-20th century gabled wood trellis porch. The windows are sash style with glazing bars and painted sills. The rendered plinth supports spiked iron area railings, which include turned intermediate bars with vase finials, along with a similar gate. The property also includes a two-storey rear outshut.
