Description

This is an outbuilding located north of Whitestones Cottage, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble and features a stone-flagged roof. The building is one storey high and has two bays. The gable facing the road has a thin rough stone lintel above a blocked door on the left side, with a small 4-pane sash window inserted. There is a similar lintel above a 9-pane fixed light with an opening transom at the peak of the gable. There is an adjoining building to the south with a corrugated iron roof, which is not of interest.
