Description

The pound at the west end of the village is a structure likely dating from the early 19th century. It is built of dry stone, featuring quoins and boulder coping. The rectangular enclosure measures approximately 50 metres by 12 metres. There is a partly-filled stile entrance located at the south-west corner, and an inserted gate near the south-east corner.
