Description

This is an early 18th-century house located on the south side of Durham and Framwellgate Crossgate. The ground floor is finished with incised stucco, above which is rough render; the roof is covered in Welsh slate with brick chimneys. The house is three storeys high and has three bays of irregular width. A renewed door is set within a wide stone architrave in the second bay. The windows are renewed sash windows with glazing bars, with the ground floor and the right bay of the first floor windows being wider. Rendered floor bands are present, and the house has end chimneys.
