Early C19 house, late C19 shop, mid C20 part of department store. Three storeys, Two windows. Incised stucco, with Welsh slate roof. Ground floor C20 shop with fascia perhaps obscuring early C20 detail. Upper floors have nine-pane lights with opening transoms in plain reveals. Side giant pilasters, eaves gutter cornice, blocking course.
