Description
The gate piers and walls south of Peakfield Farmhouse date from the early 18th century and are constructed of sandstone. The structure features two square piers with alternating pulvinated courses, topped with cornices and high swept pyramid finials. The end walls extend along the front and sides of the garden in front of the farmhouse. These walls are made of coursed rubble and have low-chamfered stone coping.
