Description
This is a barn located to the east of Peakfield farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of coursed sandstone that is roughly squared, with quoins, and features a stone-flagged roof. The barn has one high storey and consists of three wide bays. The north elevation includes a tall central arched vehicle entrance, which is adorned with voussoirs and has boarded doors. The left return gable showcases pairs of tiered pigeon holes that have stone shelves.
