Description
Cotsford Grange Farmhouse is a former farmhouse built in the early 19th century, consisting of two sections. It features incised stucco on brick, with renewed pantiled roofs and brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has two windows on one side and three on the other. The front includes a 19th-century five-panel door with an overlight located in the fourth bay. Most of the windows have been replaced, but the first floor retains one 12-pane sash and three 16-pane sashes. The roof has a raised right verge and includes two ridge chimneys and a chimney at the right end. There is a single-storey wing attached to the rear, which is not of special interest. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
