A medieval cross is located about 3 metres south of the Church of St Philip and St James on the north side of High Street in Crook and Willington. It is made of sandstone and features a bronze sundial. The cross has a square base and a rectangular-section shaft, which has been newly reset and is stop-chamfered. At the top, the shaft supports a small round stone and a sundial that is dated 1783 and signed by Tho. Binks.
