Description
This grave cover, located against the west wall of the boiler house north of the Church of St John the Evangelist, is likely from the late 12th century or early 13th century. It is made of sandstone ashlar and features a coped slab that is approximately 1.8 meters long. The coping is higher at the foot, as the stone was positioned at the time of the survey. The head of the grave cover is a wide oval, aligned with the level of the ridge.
