Description
Two cart or shelter sheds, probably from the 18th century, are located south-east of Wiserley farmhouse. They are constructed of sandstone rubble, featuring some quoins and ashlar dressings. The right shed has a stone-flagged roof, while the left shed is covered with Welsh slate. Each building is one storey and one bay in size. The left shed has a segmental-arched entrance that is partly bricked-up under the gable. The slightly taller right shed, which adjoins it, also has a similar segmental arch and includes tiered pigeon-holes with stone shelves in the gable peak. The sheds face a cart track to the east of the farmhouse.
