Description
This is a house located north of St Mary-le-Bow, built in the early 18th century with a later entrance bay. It features English garden-wall bond brickwork with a coursed squared sandstone entrance bay and a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and two bays, with a one-storey, one-bay entrance on the left. The entrance has an elliptical-headed chamfered surround framing a five-panelled door, with a small sash window to the left of the door. The ground-floor sashes have been renewed and feature rendered lintels, while the upper floors have sashes with glazing bars set in wide boxes, supported by header-course lintels. There is a large square 20th-century boiler stack at the left end and a chimney at the right end. Inside, the ground-floor right room contains large beams.
