Description

Berwick Bridge, built between 1611 and 1634, is a Grade I listed structure located at Bridge End. This impressive bridge features 15 arches, each with cutwaters that have columns and busts. It spans 1,164 feet in length and is 17 feet wide, with the arches rising to a height of 45 feet at the northern end. Berwick Bridge is considered one of the finest bridges in the country.
