Description
Pattaya is a single-storey outbuilding that has been converted into a house. It is arranged around a four-sided courtyard and constructed from purple squared rubble stone, topped with imitation stone tile roofs that overhang at the gable verges. The openings feature yellow brick heads, with many windows and doors being renewed or newly installed in the 20th century.
The entrance is located on the east side, flanked by two short ranges, each having a red-brick arched lunette loft-light above the door in the gable ends that face the entry. The courtyard is paved with cobbles from the late 20th century, and each east range has a window facing the courtyard. The north range has 20th-century infill in the center and right sections, while the left side contains a window and a door. The west side features broad cambered-headed doors on either side of double doors, all fitted with 20th-century glazing. The south range is entirely made of imitation stone, divided into three bays with piers, and has three double doors with yellow brick heads.
On the exterior, the east side has a 20th-century window for each range, while the south side has gables on either side with a red-brick arched window above a ground floor 20th-century window, plus two additional windows to the left of center, all featuring new or renewed yellow brick heads and concrete sills. There is one chimney on the ridge. The west side has a window, a door, and another window.
The building has not been inspected.
