Description

55 York Place is a two-storey house with three windows, featuring a stucco exterior and a slate roof with wide eaves. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with marginal glazing. The central entrance has a panelled door with panelled jambs, all sheltered by a delicate iron porch with a tented canopy. On either side of the entrance, there are stone splayed bay windows with camber-headed sash windows. An extension to the left is currently used as a surgery.
