Description
The lychgate of the Church of St Nicholas is built from coursed red sandstone blocks and features a stone slate roof with oak gates. The square pyramidal roof is supported on one side by a stone wall and on the other side by a corbel bracket extending from the wall of The Croft. The double oak gates have swept tops, and the apex of the roof is topped with a cross.
