Description

The Whitestone Direction Marker is a square stone structure approximately 1 meter tall that has been painted. The sides facing the roads originally featured relief metal lettering, which has since been removed. Currently, the faces display painted lettering indicating "LLANDOGO" and "TINTERN," along with pointing arrows. There is an Ordnance Survey benchmark on the face facing Llandogo.
