Description

The churchyard of St Catwg features an unusually large and robust base for a cross, which has a modern replacement cross on top. The base is constructed from large, roughly-dressed rectangular blocks of stone and measures nearly 4 meters square. It has five steps leading up to a square pedestal that has two stages. The upper stage of the pedestal is octagonal and features bulbous stops.
