Description
Little Creiggydd is a house featuring rendered local rubblestone on the original structure and unrendered rubble on the modern extension, topped with Welsh slate roofs. It is a single depth, two-unit house with a modern extension and a rear wing. The entrance front has three bays, with a renewed gabled porch located between the first and second bays from the left. All windows are late 20th-century, two-light lattice casements set under timber lintels. The steeply pitched roof has a ridge stack, which was originally on the gable end and now indicates the junction between the old house and the extension. The rear elevation has been extended and completely refeatured.
The interior was not accessible during the resurvey but is reported to be largely modernised. It is believed that the stone spiral stair by the stack, mentioned in a previous listing description, still exists.
