Description
The churchyard cross at the Church of All Saints features three steps leading up to a square plinth, which may have been retooled from medieval times. The base has slightly shaped upper corners and a well-lettered inscription. Above this, there is a late 19th-century octagonal tapering column topped with a carved capital. This capital supports a small gabled tabernacle made of ashlar, which has ogee-headed panels on each side. The front east panel displays a relief of the Crucifixion, while the narrow side panels feature floral motifs, with a passion flower on the south side and a lily on the north side. The west side depicts Saints Mary and Mary Magdalene.
