Lido at Ynysangharad Park

The Lido at Ynysangharad Park is a building designed in a gentle Arts and Crafts style, featuring restrained detailing. It consists of an outdoor pool surrounded by single-storey ranges with pebble-dashed walls painted white and pantile roofs that have overhanging eaves and brick ridge stacks. The layout is roughly square. Most of the openings are now blocked, with the main entrance located on the west side.

The entrance wing has five bays and features a central projecting gabled bay, with battered side walls flanking the doorway beneath a timber-panelled gable. To the right is a higher four-bay wing with alternating windows and doorways, and a window set back at the end. On the left side of the entrance wing is a higher wing that includes a later lean-to and a blocked window at the left end, beyond which are double gates.

At the northwest corner, there is a projecting hipped-roof toilet block, while the northern side features a long open-fronted canopy supported by wooden posts, with benches inside. The northeast corner includes flat-roofed additions, which consist of a three-window projection. The eastern side has a plain low gabled wing that is continuous with the perimeter wall and has a rounded southeast corner. On the southern side, there is another open-fronted canopy similar to that on the north side.

The swimming pool itself is roughly rectangular in shape, with a rounded projection on the eastern side.
