Description
170 Broadway is a two-storey house constructed of rubble stone, originally featuring slate roofs and stone ridge stacks. The windows and doors have all been replaced but mostly remain in their original openings. This house has a double-fronted design with an added lean-to porch. The lower storey has stone segmental-headed openings and lintels positioned below the eaves. The original roof has been replaced with synthetic slates.
