Description
This is a two-storey house located at 169 Broadway, Treforest, within a terrace of similar properties numbered 161-176. The building is constructed of rubble stone and was originally roofed with slate, featuring stone ridge stacks. The windows and doors have been replaced, although generally set within the original openings. The front of the house is double-fronted, with stone segmental arches above the lower-storey openings and lintels set below the eaves. The roof has been renewed with synthetic slates and retains a brick stack on the left-hand side.
