Description

164 Broadway is a two-storey house constructed of rubble stone, originally featuring a slate roof and stone ridge stacks. The windows and doors have all been replaced, but they mostly remain in their original openings. This single-fronted house has segmental-headed openings and has had its roof replaced with synthetic slates, although it still retains a stone stack on the right side. It was built as a pair with No 163 and has a higher roof line than No 165, which is likely a later addition.
