Description

163 Broadway is a two-storey house constructed of rubble stone, originally featuring a slate roof and stone ridge stacks. The windows and doors have all been replaced, but they mostly remain in their original openings. This single-fronted house has stone segmental-headed openings, and its roof has been replaced with synthetic slates. It was built as a pair with No 164. Both ground floor rooms still have stone winding stairs, indicating that they were originally two separate dwellings.
