Description
This milestone, located opposite the Old Village Shop in Bonvilston, is made of coarse local limestone and has a round head. It measures approximately 16 inches by 10 inches. Although it is worn, the inscription is still legible and reads “From / Cardiff / VIII miles / To Cow[bridge]”.
