Description

The West Shelter and Amusement Arcade is an open shelter built in a Classical style. This tall single-storey concrete structure spans the seafront promenade and is set within the seafront wall. It features nine bays that are divided by paired Tuscan columns, which support a full entablature and a panelled pediment above. At the rear, there is an extension that houses amusement arcades.
