Description
The granary at Ty'n y Cellar is a two-storey, three-bay structure that serves as both a cart shed and granary. It is built from snecked rock-faced stone and topped with a pan-tile roof, oriented north to south with the front facing east. The lower storey features three full-height openings, all under a continuous lintel, while the right bay is separated by a partition wall. The upper storey has three loft hatch openings, each with segmental voussoir heads, and is boarded below with glazing above. External stone steps lead up against the north gable end, where a planked door sits under a stone voussoir head, providing access to the loft. There are no openings on the south gable end or the west wall. The lower storey is open, with no access to the loft.
