St Andrew's United Reformed Church

St Andrew's United Reformed Church features a twin-towered Gothic facade that stands prominently above the street. The exterior is made of snecked rubble with pale stone dressings and a slate roof. The church has four-storey square towers that transition to octagonal shapes in the upper stages, adorned with lancet bell-openings, pilasters, set-offs, and pinnacles that rise through crenellated parapets. The lower storeys are flanked by panelled buttresses, leading to a wide gable that has a cut-down finial above a cusped oculus and a large five-light Geometric window. This window is connected by a cill-band to outer two-light transomed windows. The central entrance features square-headed Tudor doorways with dripmoulds and carved spandrels, along with boarded doors that have strapwork hinges.

The church's six-bay flank elevations maintain a similar style, complete with crenellated parapets. At the rear, there is a lower three-bay church hall. The property is enclosed by boundary walls that have panelled pinnacles on the piers, and there is an elevated forecourt with steps leading up to the entrance.
