Description

This is a house located at 97 The Struet, built in the early 19th century. It stands three storeys high and features a three-window front with a roughcast finish. The slate roof has slightly overhanging eaves. The building has cement rendered architraves, bands at the second and first floor levels, quoins, and a plinth.

On the second floor, there are 9-pane sash windows set in reveals, with the center window featuring horns. The first floor has three tall two-light casement windows with margin lights. On the ground floor, there are 12-pane sash windows on either side of a central round-headed doorcase, which is topped with a pediment and flanked by pilasters. The doorcase includes enriched frieze blocks, a plain semi-circular fanlight, panelled reveals, and a four-panelled door.
