Description

60 The Watton is part of a row of four houses, numbered 58 to 61, that date back to the 19th century. These three-storey buildings each have a cellar and feature one-window bays. The exterior is finished in painted roughcast, topped with a slate roof and chimney stacks at either end.

The front of numbers 60 and 61 consists of two bays with a central doorway. The roughcast façade includes cement-rendered bands at the second and first floor levels, as well as a plinth. The second floor has modern glazing, while the first and ground floors are fitted with 4-pane sash windows. The plain round-headed doorway features a modern six-panelled door and has a blocked semi-circular tympanum above it.
