Description

Nos. 58-61 The Watton is a row of four houses dating from the 19th century. They are three-storeys high with a cellar, featuring one-window bays for each house. The exterior is finished in painted roughcast with a slate roof and chimney stacks at both ends. The top floor has square windows at the eaves, while the other floors have taller windows.

Nos. 60 and 61 have a street front that consists of two bays and a central doorway. The roughcast exterior includes cement rendered bands at the second and first floor levels, as well as a plinth. The second floor has modern glazing, while the first and ground floors feature 4-pane sash windows. The entrance to No. 61 is located in the wall of the passage through No. 62.
