Nos 44 and 45 High Street Inferior are a pair of shops with living space above, dating from the 19th century. The building is three stories high and features a three-window front that is rendered, with end pilaster strips. It has a slate roof with bracketed eaves. The second floor has nine-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 12-pane sash windows. At the rear, there is a three-window elevation facing Church Lane.
