Description
Maespoeth House is a two-storey house built from squared grey stone with a slate roof and narrow brick end stacks. The front features a three-window range, with three long plate glass sash windows that have stone voussoirs and stone sills above. Below, there are two timber canted bays with plate glass sashes, and in the center, there is an arched doorway with a timber open pedimented doorcase. The doorway has pilaster sides, fielded-panelled reveals, and a six-panel fielded-panelled door, along with a fanlight that has radiating bars.
The front garden is enclosed by rubble stone side walls topped with pitted limestone cresting, and there is a low front stone wall under railings with fleur-de-lys finials. The interior has not been inspected.
