Description
The stable buildings located on the north side of the yard behind The Old Radnor Arms date from the 19th century. They are constructed of rubble stone and feature a stone tiled roof, with additional pig sties at the front that have corrugated iron roofs. The building is single storey and includes two boarded doorways on the far left, along with a similar door near the center next to a blocked slit vent. There is a vertical masonry break to the right, which is located below a gabled loft door. The left gable end has a boarded door and a window in the middle, as well as a cambered headed door on the left. The rear of the building has tall widened stable openings. There is also a window with chamfered jambs and an octagonal mullion, featuring diamond section wood mullions.
Inside, the structure has a tenoned collar roof that supports three tiers of purlins and nailed braces.
