Description

Castle Upper Bridge, also known as Canal Bridge No 95, was built between 1809 and 1812 by William Crosley. It is a semicircular-arched canal bridge made of coursed rubble and features a standard design with voussoirs. The bridge has swept out parapets on the downhill side, where there is also a stile.
