Description
3 Ffrwdgrech Road is part of a two-storey row of cottages, built from stone rubble, with some sections painted. The cottages feature slate roofs and red brick chimney stacks. Cottages numbered 1 to 4 each have one outer window bay and an inner doorway. Each of these cottages also has a small Brecon hopper window that opens inward, located at the eaves level on the first floor. The ground floor openings are camber-headed.
Cottages 1 and 2 have been combined into one unit, with one doorway blocked, and they are not painted. Cottage 1 has a fixed 16-pane window on the left and a blocked doorway on the right. Cottage 2 features a ledged door with a frame on the left and a three-pane wide Brecon hopper window on the right. Cottages 3 and 4 each have a three-pane wide hopper window in the outer bay; Cottage 3 has a ledged door, while Cottage 4 has a modern door. Cottage 5, on the left, has a small hopper window above and a larger three-pane wide inward-opening hopper window below, along with a ledged door.
