Description
4 Ffrwdgrech Road is part of a row of two-storey cottages, built from stone rubble, with some sections painted. The cottages have slate roofs and red brick chimney stacks. Cottages numbered 1 to 4 each feature one outer window bay and an inner doorway. Each has a small inward-opening Brecon hopper window on the first floor at eaves level, and the ground floor openings are camber-headed. Cottages 1 and 2 have been combined into one unit, with one doorway blocked, and they are not painted. Cottage 1 has a fixed 16-pane window on the left and a blocked doorway on the right. Cottage 2 has a ledged door with a frame on the left and a three-pane-wide Brecon hopper window on the right. Cottages 3 and 4 each have a three-pane-wide hopper window in the outer bay; cottage 3 features a ledged door, while cottage 4 has a modern door. Cottage 5, on the left, has a small hopper window above and a larger three-pane-wide inward hopper window below, along with a ledged door.
