Description

The aqueduct is a small single arch structure that carries the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal over the Nant Rhyd-y-meirch. It features a semi-circular arch made of voussoirs and is constructed from squared, faced, and coursed local sandstone. Above the arch, there is a drip course, and the plain parapet has slab coping, which supports a modern timber railing. The abutments of the aqueduct are slightly curved.
