Description
Ivy House is an early 19th-century small farmhouse or cottage featuring a two-storey, two-window design constructed from white-painted rubble masonry. It has a slate roof with a tile ridge and rendered end-chimneys. The building showcases generous eaves and verge overhangs, with bargeboards extending outside the chimneys. A small open-fronted porch with a slate roof and finial adds to its charm. The front elevation includes sash windows in exposed frames, with nine panes in the upper windows and four panes in the lower windows. The upper windows are designed as unequal-sashes without horns.
