Description
Parc Cottage is a one and a half storey cottage built in painted stucco, featuring an imitation slate close-eaved roof and small 20th century brick end stacks. The front of the cottage has a two-window range with 4-pane horned timber sash windows and a centrally located boarded timber door. Above the door is a later 20th century gabled timber hood with a slate roof. The eaves are positioned well above the window heads, and the cottage has renewed rainwater goods. There is a small attic sash window on the right gable, set towards the right side.
At the rear, there is an outshut with an imitation slate roof, which includes a boarded door in the centre and a window to the left, both having heads that reach the eaves, along with a window to the right that has a lower head. The windows at the rear are renewed 4-pane timber sashes. To the right of the main cottage, there is a single storey range that features a ledged door at the front and two garage doors at the rear.
In 1981, the roof included a pentice over the outshut, which had a sash window that was three panes wide on the left and a blocked window on the right. The interior was not accessible, but in 1981, it contained ledged doors, exposed joists in the southeast room, and a Victorian fireplace in the northwest room.
