Description

17 Queen Street is a town house built with painted stucco and a slate roof featuring a red brick stack on the left. It has three storeys and a five-window range. The upper floor includes nine-pane sash windows at each end, with three similarly sized plate sashes in between. The other floors have twelve-pane sash windows. There is a stone step leading up to a central six-panel door, which has the top four panels fielded and a plain overlight above. A fluted rainwater head noted on the left in 1981 has since been removed. The house has a raised plinth and features panelled shutters. The property was inaccessible at the time of the resurvey.
