Description
Tre-Llewelyn is a house from the late 17th century to early 18th century, designed in an L shape with an added lean-to at the rear. The southeast front is constructed of rubble stone and is colour washed, while the northeast end is white washed. The building features grouted slate roofs, two small stacks on the end walls, and a large stack at the end of the rear wing.
The front elevation includes three 16-pane sash windows on the first floor and one sash window to the right on the ground floor. There is a later 6-pane window to the left and a boarded door located centre left. The northeast end has a single 4-pane window on the first floor and a ventilated opening at the end of the lean-to. The rear side features two 6-pane windows on the lean-to and one single light window facing northwest on the rear wing, along with a 2-pane window on the first floor of the southwest end.
The interior has not been fully inspected, but it includes massive beams, some of which are boarded in, along with rough cut joists.
