Description

The walled garden at Manorowen, dating from the late 18th century, encloses gardens, hothouses, and a fishpond. The walls are constructed of rubble stone, standing approximately 2-3 meters high and 1 meter thick. There is a small arched entrance on the west side, opposite the entrance to Manorowen, and a wide cart entrance with double doors on the southeast. An eastern section of the wall has collapsed. Additionally, a gazebo located on a rocky outcrop at the northwest angle of the garden is listed separately.
