Description

23 Thomas Street is a single-storey house that is part of a row of similar houses. The front is painted stucco with three bays that are lined to resemble ashlar. It has a close-eaved roof made of asbestos slate and a rendered stone stack on the left side. The central door has stopped quadrant moulded surrounds and is cambered-headed, flanked by renewed 4-pane sash windows with slate sills. The door itself is a four-panel design, with raised and fielded panels in moulded borders, and features a frosted glass overlight above.
