Description

This is a circular lime kiln located near Lower Haroldston Farm. It is constructed from rubble stone and has retaining walls on each side, although the wall on the west side is in deteriorating condition. On the north side, there is a very large tapering kiln-eye featuring a large stone block lintel. The crucible of the kiln is open but has become overgrown.
