Description

Forest is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, featuring a whitewashed slate-hung front and a slate roof with stone end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range with 12-pane sash windows that include slate sills. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with an overlight above. The eaves are supported by paired brackets. At the northeast, there is a rear wing with a stone end stack, an outshut to the east that includes an arched rear stair light, and a door on the west side with a pair of casement windows. Additionally, there is an added gabled section at the angle of the rear wing.
