Description
Pencnwc is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of rubble stone, featuring a slate roof and stone end stacks, with the stack on the left being larger. The house has a two-storey, three-window front elevation, which includes 12-pane hornless sash windows and a six-panel door with an overlight. The windows are set beneath timber lintels and have slate sills. A later timber gabled porch is built on a brick base. The sash window on the right shows signs of having replaced a wider window. At the rear, there is an outshut.
To the left of the farmhouse, there is an attached outbuilding with an asbestos roof and a broad 20th-century central opening. The front garden of the house is enclosed by a rubble retaining wall topped with white quartz rough capping and features an iron gate.
